My name is Talina. I am the owner of Custom Gifts by Talina and I am a woman of many talents. I am visual designer/ choreographer working with a local high school. I teach dance & colorguard because I love it. Creativity is my strength and I long to make a difference in the world. To me the most important thing in my life is personal growth and spending time with family. My creative endeavors are completely rewarding and they push me to grow every day.

I believe the one thing that makes many small businesses special is that they are run by real people who strive to provide real interactions and "above and beyond" customer service.
My customers give me a chance to make a difference, to brighten their day and to "pay it forward". We are all blessed with certain gifts, talents and knowledge but it goes to waste if we don't put it to good use. I make my crafts because I truly believe that gifts from the heart (handmade treasures that artists put their heart and soul into) really can send the most unique and heartwarming message.
One holiday season I decided to avoid the
crowds by doing all my holiday shopping online. My biggest complaint was that
things just were not customizable and often did not perfectly fit the person I was
shopping for. I had an idea of the perfect gift and just could not find it anywhere. If I
had the resources I now have would have made the gift myself. My internet shopping
experiences lead me to want to develop a better way for people to send the perfect
meaningful gifts. Imagine explaining exactly what you desire and having someone else make
it for you!! That is how I arrived at my business idea Custom Gifts by Talina.
