My Privacy Policy-
I do not ever
gather any personal information about a visitor when they are just browsing Custom Gifts by
Talina. The only time I gather visitor information is when a visitor voluntarily
submits their information to me via a form or email.
I only use submitted information to fulfill orders and to distribute free samples. Visitors may choose to enter our contests and be added to our free samples mailing list.
Your private information never be sold, rented, leased, or disclosed in any manner to any person without your prior consent, unless otherwise required by law.
Customer Satisfaction/ Return Policy-
I run a one woman operation out of the comfort of my own home and I take pride in the "above and beyond" customer service I offer. All customer service issues and returns are handled by me on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me so I may do my best to remedy the situation.
- Items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in new condition up to 30 days after shipment has been received.
- Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Items that are custom made usually cannot be sold to another party due to the customization. Custom made items (that cannot be sold to other parties) are not returnable.
Please note food/ baked items are refundable up to 1 week after shipment has been received, all other items are refundable up to 30 days after shipment has been received.
Shipping/ Payment Policy-
All prices are in US currency. All orders going to residents of the state of Arizona will be charged an 8.126% sales tax.
I prefer to have all monies paid via Paypal or Google Checkout but will accept personal check, money orders and cashiers checks also. All orders are shipped once payment has been received by me.
When paying with Paypal a confirmed address is recommended to complete the purchase via Paypal. This protects the business and customers from fraudulent purchases. If you don not have a confirmed address I will need to be able to reach you within 3-5 business days from the purchase date to confirm the shipping address and other pertinent information. If contact can not be established with the purchaser the order may be terminated and payment will be refunded. You will receive email notification if this is necessary.
If you are sending a gift to another party and the party's shipping address is not registered with Paypal I can still process your order. I will just need explicit shipping instructions sent to me before I can begin to fill your order and ship it. It is also best to provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. This ensures I can reach you with any questions or concerns after your order is placed.
Most custom orders will have a two week production time in addition to the shipping time. Shipping time is usually 4-8 business days. You can request overnight shipping and pay an extra shipping charge to get items faster.
Prices already include standard shipping to the united states (4-8 business days). I can ship internationally and will use the cheapest shipping options available, shipping internationally will cost extra based on items being shipped. Please contact me to request and international shipping quote.
